The Conscience of Thoroughbred Racing
The Illinois Racing Board Tuesday unanimously approved 68 racing dates for Arlington Park in 2020.
The board previously hinted that it might not have awarded those dates because owner, Churchill Downs Inc, declined to apply for a casino license at the Chicago area racetrack.
Thoroughbreds will begin racing at Arlington on April 27 and conclude Sept. 30.
