What you need to know: Houston and Tennessee will be playing for control of the NFC South while Buffalo and Pittsburgh are battling tonight for the AFC’s top wild-card spot … Elsewhere, Seattle QB Russell Wilson has 4 TD passes and 4 INTs in his last four starts after opening the season with 22 TDs and one pick … Miami PK Jason Sanders had 7 field goals in last week’s 22-21 loss to the Jets. The Dolphins are back at the scene of the crime at MetLife Stadium again this week to face the Giants … Atlanta is 3-2 in its last five games with the three wins coming by an average margin of 21 points … Minnesota has allowed the fewest rushing TDs (5) of any team in the league this season… Click here to read more.

NFL 2-Minute Handicap

Tampa Bay: Arians 5-0 $ in road finales … Eagles: 0-5 $ after Monday night … NYG: 0-5-1 $ as non-division favorites … Jacksonville: 0-10 $ as non-conference dog of 3+ points … San Francisco: 1-7 $ as a favorite off BB away games … Minnesota: 6-1 $ Game 14.

Grinding Out The Profits

From this week’s Playbook Totals Tipsheet: NFL home teams coming off a home loss of 21 or more points are 1-10 O/U. In addition, NFL teams that allowed 40-plus points at home the previous game are 0-9 O/U. The Jaguars and the Raiders each coughed up 40 points at home last week and they face one another today. Expect this game to stay “under” the limbo stick today.
