OVER GP’s RAINBOW: $1.26M

Edited by HRI Staff —The 20-cent Rainbow 6 carryover jackpot continued to grow at Gulfstream Park Sunday, when the multi-race wager did not boast a single winner for the 37th consecutive day.

The carryover jackpot stands at $1,262,470 when live racing resumes on Thursday. Multiple winning tickets Sunday returned $238.22.

On days when there is no unique ticket, 70 percent of that day’s pool goes back to bettors holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent is carried over into the jackpot pool.

The Rainbow 6 was last hit July 6 when one bettor hit for a $173,583.90. Should the wager not go to a single ticket holder until then, a Mandatory Payout will be distributed SEP 29, the final day of the Gulfstream summer stand.
