From this week’s PLAYBOOK Football Newsletter: Eastern Michigan is 2-18 SU in its series against Toledo. That ties into the fact the Eagles are Eagles 6-30 ATS in straight up losses as a home dog, including 2-24 ATS when coming off a loss. Holy Toledo!
