Resident Playbook Expert Rob Vinciletti breaks down his top 12 teams for the 2019 football season. One team he likes particularly well is Oregon as he notes: “The Ducks won 9 games last season and will be Washington’s biggest threat in the Pac-12. They’ll need QB Justin Herbert to stay healthy.
