1 ODDS ON DAYTONA – Just 1-11 so far, and making a transition from nw2 to Trackmaster rating. Not really sure if he
can handle that. Demand fair value if you think he can go a lot faster here on the mile track.
2 LUNATIC FRINGE – Finally found a field of his friends down at the Ocean. Finds his way back to Club Med. I’ll pass.
3 ONE TOUGH NUT – I suspected he would be favored in that field last week, but not close to even money! Marcus
chose him that night and gave him every chance. Horse just wasn’t good enough. Will likely be short price again.
Trainer: Fits with these. First time back in seven days. That should help.
4 DALTON DID IT – He’s been here before, but can’t remember the last time he won a Big M race. Those first two starts
off the layoff should have him somewhat readier now. I think this is a drop. So, he’s one of the many possibilities here.
5 RAPID IT UP ART – Have to keep him on the longshot list, until we see some sort of wakeup call. Hasn’t come yet.
6 ATOMIC REI – Once he got rolling, he charged home last week. That was solid step in the right direction! But, I do feel
the price will be a LOT lower tonight and he still needs the right kind of setup. I’m wary at no value. Tough call.
7 JUNIOR’S DEW – Any fresh face can be dangerous in a race like this. Somebody has to step up and win. Why not this
Meadows shipper? Showed good speed in last start out there. That same speed would put him in play. Andy on!
8 JUSTA CAMILION – Got a little bit closer last time, so that may be a hint of more to come. I’m still not ready to bite.
9 MAN HE CAN SKOOT – Big Bob took over recently and got a start into this one up at Tioga. It doesn’t look good, so
I’d probably want to watch one first here on the big track. A lot to prove.
10 BUCKEYE CHROME – This Buckeye and post 10 never equal winner’s circle. Definitely a big longshot tonight.

Race 2 Review–
1 M DIDDY – Exits the stakes company where she did make an impact. Still probably not quite where they want to be
with this big ticket lass, but she does have important speed and a good inside post. Can’t eliminate vs. these.
2 HELLO I LOVE YOU – They slapped the trotting hopples on for most recent baby race and it worked! That might be the
answer. Joe B gets the return call and IF she trots out of there, she could be gone. That is the question.
3 ICONE AM S – MIA for a few weeks, and that’s a problem with the young ones. When they get sick in the summer, it
usually takes a while to come back good. I’m not saying she can’t win, but I’d be a little careful if price ends up low.
4 GOODGOLLYMISSMOLLY – After a slowish beginning to her career, she’s yet to show that precocious kind of speed
you need to win here. Let’s see if she goes any faster tonight.
5 SQUABLE – It would be tough to make a strong case for success here. I haven’t seen enough yet to like.
6 THE ICE COUNTESS – Barn’s other starter hasn’t been bad so far. She’s yet to make a big move, though. She cost a lot
of $$ too, so they’re taking their time. One night soon, she will break out and bust a move! Maybe even tonight.
7 FORTITUDE FASHION – Sister to Hey Blondie here and at times, she’s shown major potential. But, she also shows a
few miscues. I did like her one try here, vs. Dream Chapter. I just want to see her trot tonight. That’s the goal.
8 SAADET – Shows one good start and two mistakes, so what do we do tonight? I have no idea! I’m not in love with this
post and face she hasn’t flashed any early speed yet. Almost got to #1 earlier this month. Will she be close enough?
9 ETRA DE VIE – After two great preps, they bet her down to even-money up at the Spa and she didn’t make it around
first turn. Oh well! Back to the bigger track. Might even end up favored again, despite brutal post. Your call, folks?
10 SEVEN NATION ARMY – I will keep this one on the longshot list, having drawn first bad post. Hard to like a lot.
