1 IN AND OUT AGAIN – The Skinner barn brought a few up for tonight. This mare’s been bouncing up and down the class ladder at home base, with just a limited amount of success. Burned money last time. Is she a fit for mile track?
2 JUXTA COWGIRL – Has had some good moments here, so don’t recent even efforts sway you. This is a pretty soft spot and a nice chance for Justin H to get a little lucky here. We’re going to see big-time speed from them tonight.
3 TRUTH AND LIBERTY – Took ALL, and I mean all the money last week and just went a little too fast up front. I expect a totally different kind of trip tonight, with #2 in here. She might get to stalk, and that would help a lot. Bounce back?
4 LILY GRACE – Maintains her role as longshot tonight, even though she did manage to crank out a check last week. Will try to do the same thing and pass a few at the end.
5 STICK THAT LIP OUT – Tries the transition up the NJ Turnpike from The Hold. Not too many have made this trip well. The Lip has been here before, so that helps a little. She’s got some speed, if pilot wants. Still looking like a longshot.
6 PAPPY ROCKS – Not bad in that first go back on the big track. Does land a tougher post here, but has shown speed in the past too. There seems to be a lot of speed in here, so I do wonder what the plan is? It’s not going to be easy.
7 WATCH MY LUCK – Not much love from the post gods lately. Makes second start at this reduced level, and I simply need to see more. I guess I’d be surprised if she jumped up and beat these.
8 BNB – She’s the key to the race! That was a pretty good try last week, against a well-rated foe. Tonight’s problem will be similar with all the speed in here. She’ll have to grind from somewhere. And, the price won’t be that big.
DRIVER CHOICES: None

1 HURRIKANE JONNYBOY – Wow, what a performance in his debut! Blew right by the field and still paid a decent price. Now, the cat’s out of the bag, and he’ll be closer to 4/5 tonight. Rail can be tricky post and new pilot aboard for now. Trainer: Is a big kid with a giant gait. Because of his size, I’ve been extremely patient. It’s paid off. I’m fortunate to have Andy M drive him, as he needs a trainer behind him, more than a driver. Very much looking forward to the Pace in July.
2 WHAT ABOUT BOB – Bob hasn’t exactly been delivering the goods lately over at Yonkers, so Noel decided to bring him here. That didn’t work out the first time. But, a much better journey is likely in store tonight. Can be used.
3 YARM – Up from Philly with some average-looking lines. I guess I just want to watch one here first. To see if he can go fast enough. I’m a little skeptical at this point.
4 HOTLIKEWASABI – Has had a couple of chances here already and hasn’t been all that great. Loses Luke H to #6 tonight, as expected. Will have to show up with a much bigger punch to get any closer.
5 ICEY SHADOW – That wasn’t a bad try against #1 last week. Got into the flow and continued on willingly. Should benefit from that experience over the big track. Gets the midpack post now and we’ll see what the plan is. Not sure.
6 KEYSTONE CATALYST – He’s the wild card in here! Plus, he’s a 3YO. That sometimes gives slight edge over the lesser-experienced freshmen. Looks like new barn has him headed on the right track. Will get a real test from Jonny on rail.
Andy McCarthy 5 over 1,3 Luke Hanners 6 over 4
