Race 1:
1 THNDRFRMTHETHRON N – Won just four starts ago here against MADC foes, but hasn’t gained too much betting interest in the last two. Has picked up checks in both and raced big two back. Certainly worth an include at a price.
2 MASK ON MASK OFF – Won three and four back against MADC 1 company, but just hasn’t been able to find a whole lot in the last two since jumping up to MADC 2 foes. Would need to take a significant step forward tonight.
3 FIRSTUP – Won three back against a conditioned group here at the Meadowlands and just missed against similar three back. Last two haven’t shown quite as much, but he can certainly be one of many contenders here at his best.
4 BRAZEN BRAZILIAN – Hasn’t found the most form against conditioned types, but he has continually proved to love the MADC competition. Has now won two in a row and has shown an impressive late kick in both efforts.
5 CLAYTONS BETTOR N – Has worked early in several of his recent starts from outside posts, but has been very good in a lot of his recent efforts. Form is sharp at the moment and he finally gets some post relief in this one tonight.
6 ITS SHOWTIME – Worked from Post 10 last time out and had to settle for third in the end, but was beaten just a length. Won five back against similar, but hasn’t been able to get too much going in his last three against MADC foes.
7 I’M BURLINGTON N – He’s had some tough trips in the last three, but to his credit, he won one and was a pretty solid fourth last week while beaten just two and a half lengths. Has a big chance in this one with a cleaner trip tonight.
8 SO TAKE THAT – Couldn’t get a whole lot going against Open types down in Maryland, but did win two and three back on his way up the class ladder. The 14-year-old had eight wins last year and is trying to find form here in 2023.
9 ARNIE’S ANGEL – Solid efforts two and four back up at Tioga, but she wasn’t able to show a lot late five back when last seen here at the Big M. Returns to the big track tonight and will need to work out a trip from this post.
10 SKYWAY BILLY – Won well last time out against similar and has now won two of his last three here at the Meadowlands after starting the year 0-for-20. Fits on paper, but Post 10 is a tough assignment tonight.

Race 2:
1 MAYBE NED – Just not a whole lot going for him in the recent form, including four and five back when last seen against TM groups here at the Meadowlands. Would need a big improvement to contend in this one.
2 JOHNNY Q – Solid effort two back off a tough trip and he’s shown some other decent efforts in the recent form, including his last two here. Is only 1-for-26 on the year, but does show a lot of minor placings.
3 FINAL JUSTICE – Not a whole lot going for him in the recent form, including recent tries here at the Meadowlands against TM groups. Does get some significant post relief in this one from his last few starts.
4 SIR MACHALOT – Recent form just hasn’t shown a lot here since coming to the Meadowlands. He’s 0-for-16 in 2023 and would need to take a significant step forward tonight. Does get some post relief from the last few, though.
5 ROJAN’S WAY – He’s been getting checks lately and did win five back against a TM group here at the Meadowlands. Just 3-for-70 in the last few seasons, but does seem to be in okay form at the moment. Draws well.
6 ITS ROCKIN RANDY – Won just five starts ago here at the Meadowlands against an MADC group, but he just hasn’t been able to get the trips to work out in his last several. Draws well and will look to rebound tonight.
7 ROCKABILLY CHARM – Tough trip last time out, but he’s shown some okay miles in his recent form otherwise. Has had success over this track in the past and has shown versatility in his recent miles that should give him options here.
8 YAYAS HOT SPOT N – Toss the last two lines from some tough posts up in New York and note that he was a solid third four back against MADC foes here at the Big M. Outside post again, but has the potential to be in this one.
9 HOWTOTRAINURDRAGON – Just missed two back here at the Meadowlands and backed it up with a strong try up at Tioga. He won just four starts ago here against MADC foes. However, will need a trip and a setup from this post.
10 SNOOPY SNOOP – Just won last time out in a solid try against claimers here at the Meadowlands while on the lead. Has tried to blast off from the outside in the past against similar and he’ll be needing the trip to go his way here.
