The NFL preseason kicks off with the Hall of Fame game in Canton tonight with the Browns taking on the Jets.
All eyes will be on Aaron Rodgers in his debut with New York but the Well Oiled Machine notes that NFL ‘Hard Knocks’ teams are just 1-6 SU and 0-6-1 ATS overall the past two seasons.
In addition, NFL teams who won 3 or more preseason game the previous year are just 3-13-1 ATS in the Hall of Fame Game.
With a strong contingent of Browns fans in attendance – Cleveland in just 40 miles north of Canton – look for a hard knocks effort by the Jets.
