From the Playbook Basketball Newsletter: This COVID-impacted season continues Sunday when Nevada hosts UNLV in the first of consecutive contests with the rematch scheduled for Tuesday. Hoops fever hasn’t exactly overtaken the Silver State this season as each of today’s combatants enter the arena with 7 losses. The hosts arrive off two straight defeats at Wyoming where the Wolfpack was favored in both games, but the Pack does sport a 3-0 SUATS mark in follow-up games off consecutive upset losses in this rare role since 2009. The fact is UNLV is just 2-6-1 ATS the last seven games in this series ties nicely into Nevada’s 14-8 ATS record with revenge against the Rebs, including 5-0 ATS with double revenge-exact.
