KHBPA SUIT DISMISSED

A suit filed by the Kentucky Horsemen’s Benevolent and Protective Association’s that sought to prevent Churchill Downs and
Keeneland racetracks from enforcing “house rules” prohibiting the use of Lasix in races for two-year-olds was dismissed by a Franklin County Circuit Judge, Thomas Wingate.
