By Marc Lawrence — One of the most fun aspects of March Madness happens before the tournament even starts – watching all of the conference tournaments.
This year, 31 conferences are holding conference tournaments (down one from 32 with the Ivy League not playing due to COVID-19), with winners earning automatic bids into the 2021 NCAA tournament.
The tournaments run up right before Selection Sunday on Sunday, March 14. For a complete listing of conferences, brackets, and auto bids click here.
Speaking of keeping score, in games through March 2 the NBA has postponed a total of 31 games this season.
Memphis and San Antonio lead the charge with 5 postponements.
According to CBS Sports, last season the NBA managed to make its way through the playoffs by playing in a bubble at Disney World in Orlando.
To this point, going back to that arrangement has not reported as a possibility, and players have been adamant about their refusal to even consider the idea.
