Race 1:
1 MATS PALEMA – Finished second four starts ago against a TM group here at the Meadowlands, but otherwise hasn’t gotten a whole lot going recently. Does draw better than several recent starts, but also remains 0-for-13 in 2023.
2 IFNOTMEWHO – She’s been getting some checks against TM groups in recent times here at the Meadowlands, but hasn’t exactly been threatening for a win as she remains winless in the past few seasons. Does draw well here.
3 FINNICK ODAIR – Scratched sick from an Amateur race at Freehold last week, but otherwise has been knocking on the door in the last two. He’ll look to bring his current form to the big track tonight, but he too is winless so far this year.
4 CAL MILES N SHELL – Big effort to win last week against an Amateur group down at Freehold last week despite an early break and a Post 8 assignment. He’ll look for three wins in a row in this one. Current form is very solid.
5 WOW LESTER – Big win five back against a TM group and he’s getting checks in recent tries against conditioned types here at the Meadowlands. Finds a very realistic spot tonight and should have every chance to be in the mix here.
6 INFINITE ZETTE – He hasn’t shown a lot in the last two, but was third three back against tougher down at Rosecroft. He has four wins so far in 2023 and should have a chance in this one with the strong recent class that he has.
7 CONGRESS HILL EVA – She’s been really solid in her four recent starts since returning to the Meadowlands and just established a lifetime best four starts ago. She finds another realistic spot and will look to keep her solid form going.

Race 2:
1 ULTIMATE FLYER N – Really tough spot for him three starts ago off the bench and from Post 8 down at Freehold, but his last two tries been much better. Will look to take to the big track in start four here for the Jenn Bongiorno barn.
2 SUNSHINE’S FINEST – Won four starts ago against an MADC field here at the Meadowlands, but he hasn’t been able to get a lot going in the last three. Draws well and will be looking to rebound starting in this series tonight.
3 BRUCE’S MAGIC – Got caught in the last quarter last time out as a favorite against an MADC field. The start two back was a solid try down at Freehold and he was second five back here at the Meadowlands. Realistic chance in this one.
4 WHATA TWIST – He’s been getting some checks in recent starts and shows some decent lines between Philly and Freehold. He has seven wins in the last two seasons and will look to be in the mix with a trip on the big track tonight.
5 THNDRFRMTHETHRON N – He’s put together some solid miles lately from off the pace, but gave it a speed try last time out that didn’t quite work out. Draws well and will look to work out a trip in this one tonight.
6 COLT FOURTY ONE – Solid try four back down at Philly against claimers, but he hasn’t been able to get a lot going otherwise in the recent form. Still, moves to the big track tonight and starts for a duo that can never be ignored.
7 STONE COLD SAVAGE – He has a pair of thirds in his last two against TM groups down at Freehold. He’ll look to build on those miles in this one as he moves to the big track tonight. One of several with a chance here with the right setup.
8 SANTANNA TONY – Scratched sick last week from down at Freehold and hasn’t shown a lot in the recent form besides a second place try two back at a big number. He’ll have to prove himself against these in this spot tonight.
9 ALWAYS A SHARK – He’s gotten some checks in his recent starts and did win just five back down at Freehold. Like many others in here, he’ll make the move back to the big track tonight. Has to work out a trip from this outside post.
