The Conscience of Thoroughbred Racing


By Marc Lawrence, — It was nice to see the pigskin back in play this past weekend. And while there weren’t any significant upsets on Saturday – save UMass – the biggest winner was Notre Dame and new Irish QB Sam Hartman as they torpedoed Navy 42-3.

Hartman was 19-of-23 with 4 touchdowns and 251 yards. It’s safe to say the Dame dominated the Midshipmen and looked impressive on both sides of the ball doing it. With a legit quarterback, they could be a true playoff contender
