GOING GULFSTREAM – AUG 13

Hard as a handicapper might try, it’s extremely hard not to lean on the favorite in today’s Sharp Susan Stakes in Hallandale.

There are several who can contend with Let Them Watch (7-5) if performance figures are a frame of reference but none in better position than the Mike Maker trained filly.

She was dominant in her front end maiden score but her energy distribution throughout indicates there likely is more where that came from with respect to today’s added trip.

Subsequently she has worked thrice for her stakes debut, her 59 3/5 breeze two back a standout move. The switch to an outside post should give Hector Diaz options if needed.

Taking Let Them Watch to win, no price restrictions, and an exacta box with Kitty’s Pretty (7-2), also looking to make the stakes grade in her second start.
