Best PLAY of the DAY:
RACE 4:
#5 Vitesse sports a solid body of work after his dismal debut way back on October 22nd 2019, when he finished ninth, 28 lengths behind on turf at Belmont. Since then trainer Michelle Nevin has done a superior job spreading the last four starts in more than a year. The gelding is 2 and 0 on this track and should make it three straight despite moving up in class.
Best VALUE Play of the DAY:
RACE 2:
#1 Prospect Mountain stumbled out of the gate in his debut with slightly lesser and still was victorious with a tremendous late kick at 62-1. He comes into this race off of a closing fifth in a 250K stakes, where he was caught inside before working his way out 6 wide at 30-1. He rates to be right there despite the step up. At 6-1, you offers solid value.
