By Marc Lawrence, PlaybookSports.com — I came across some interesting stats while putting together this week’s PLAYBOOK Football newsletter. Surprisingly, there are two NFL teams that have winning records but have yielded more points than they’ve scored this season. In the AFC, it’s the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have yet to outgain a single opponent. In the NFC, it’s the Seattle Seahawks. Based on these stats, I think it’s unlikely that these two teams will make it to the postseason. Currently, the Steelers are the No. 7 seed in the AFC Playoff Picture, while the Seahawks are the No. 5 seed in the NFC Playoff Picture.
