|There are two Bar Bets to be won on today’s college football card: 1) – Vanderbilt is 0-18 SU and 2-16 ATS in Game Six of the season the last 18 years. They are 15-point favorites today against UNLV … and 2) – Duke has been an underdog 27 years in a row against Georgia Tech, yet they are a 17-point favorite against the Ramblin’ Wreck today. Yikes. Drink up.|
Power Me Up
According to FiveThirtyEight.com, Power 5 schools are just 69-18 (.793) against Group of 5 opponents this season, their lowest winning percentage since 2008. The Mountain West is responsible for 8 of the Group of 5’s 18 wins, and they’ve come from 7 different teams, meaning more than half the league has knocked off a Power 5 foe. Over the past 15 years – among schools that were Power 5 members that whole time — Ohio State, USC, Florida and Texas are the only ones that haven’t been upset.
