Colts GM Chris Ballard called Jackson a “special player” and acknowledged that the team will consider making a move for him.
With the Panthers (No. 1) and Texans (No. 2) positioned before them in the draft, the Colts
(No. 4) won’t necessarily have the luxury of selecting a preferred quarterback prospect.
One thing is for sure: Jackson would make them the team to beat in the AFC South
